1954 JAGUAR XK 120 SE
Milestone Motorcars is very pleased to offer this immaculately presented and tastefully upgraded 1954 Jaguar XK120 SE Roadster. Finished in the iconic color combination of British Racing Green and biscuit, this carefully restored example is ready for the Show field or for a brisk run on a Track Day or Road Tour. The high-quality restoration is evident in the myriad of details a true Jaguar enthusiast can appreciate. Evoking the spirit of Competition Jaguars of the past, it has been fitted with a number of racing inspired components, including a five speed Tremec transmission, heavy duty clutch, "Brooklands" competition wind screens and mirror, An “Aston” quick fill gas cap, thermostatically controlled electric radiator fan, Chrome wire wheels, stainless steel dual exhaust system, Competition bucket seats, Full cockpit tonneau, Lucas driving lights and an elegant wood rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel. Also in hand is the Jaguar Heritage Certificate.
Showing only 46,000 miles, believed to be original, this very desirable Special Equipment example was originally built in May of 1954 and delivered new to the West Coast Jaguar importer in Los Angeles shortly thereafter. Not much is known of the early life of this car, but is presumed to have lived most of its life in California until being fully restored and upgraded in approximately 2008. Since then it has been used sparingly and presents beautifully.
