1995 FERRARI 355 SPIDER SIX SPEED
This 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V8 linked with a gated six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in (Nero) Black over tan Connolly leather and features a black soft top, 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels, pop-up headlights, and an Alpine CD stereo. The car spent time in New York and Florida before it was acquired by Milestone Motorcars. Services under previous ownership included an engine-out timing belt service in 2023 and, rebuilding both cylinder heads at the same time. All top microswitches were adjusted and reset. This F355 Spider is now offered with partial service records, a car cover, a tool kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in black, and styling elements include a power-operated black convertible top as well as pop-up headlights, integrated front fog lights, an integrated rear decklid spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, a vented engine cover, and air intakes on the doors and rocker panels. The seller states that the The front hood struts were replaced in 2023, the top hydraulic rams have been rebuilt. Recent work performed in 2025 included replacing the right-side top ram mounting bolt and repairing an electrical connection for the top limiter switch.
The 18″ five-spoke magnesium wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 265/40 rear Continental Extreme Contact tires, recently fitted. Yellow Ferrari-branded brake calipers are mounted over ventilated discs at each corner. The parking brake cable was adjusted, the front brake calipers were rebuilt, and the front brake pads and rotors were replaced in 2023.
The cabin features sport seats trimmed in tan Connolly leather, and matching leather extends to the center console, door panel inserts, and lower half of the dashboard. Amenities include a gated shifter, automatic climate control, an Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo, and drilled aluminum pedals. The seller notes that sticky buttons have been refinished.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature. Ancillary instruments in the center stack include an analog clock and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 37k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features five valves per cylinder and dry-sump lubrication for a factory-rated output of 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. An engine-out timing belt service was performed in 2023, and work at that time included cleaning the fuel injectors, installing a fuel block repair kit, and replacing the water pump, thermostat, coolant hoses, engine and transaxle mounts, and air filters. The accessory drive belts were replaced as well. Both cylinder heads were rebuilt
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The clutch was replaced at approximately 15k miles, and the clutch hydraulics were replaced in October 2020.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration history in Florida and Massachusetts.
